If a PDF is protected, unlock it only when you are authorized to do so. Some tools may require the document to be unlocked before processing.
Large scanned files depend on your internet connection and browser memory. Compress first when portal limits or slow uploads become a problem.
OCR works best on straight, high-contrast scans. Blurry scans, stamps, watermarks, and overlapping text can reduce text recognition accuracy.
Only upload documents you are allowed to process. Review privacy, tender, and client confidentiality requirements before using online tools.
Templates and bundles are paid digital products. Use Consult if you need custom wording, branding, or help choosing the right bundle.
