By using TenderPDF, you agree to these terms and to responsible use of the platform.
Service Use
TenderPDF provides online PDF tools including merge, split, compress, rotate, convert, edit, and tender pack preparation. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity performed under your account.
Subscriptions
Paid plans unlock additional usage, history, and premium tools. Subscription access depends on successful payment confirmation from the selected payment provider.
Uploaded Documents
You are responsible for the files you upload and for making sure you have permission to process them through TenderPDF. Temporary inputs and anonymous outputs are scheduled for deletion within two hours; account-history outputs remain until the history item is deleted.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use TenderPDF to create or promote false, counterfeit, deceptive, or misleading documents; alter identity documents, official registrations, tax records, certificates, qualifications, tender evidence, or compliance records for dishonest purposes; impersonate another person; apply a signature without authority; bypass security or access controls; infringe intellectual-property rights; or facilitate fraud, unlawful surveillance, or any other illegal activity.
Official Records and Working Copies
Annotations, corrections, OCR, and document preparation do not change an issuing authority's original record. Keep the original document, clearly identify altered working copies where appropriate, and obtain an updated official record from the responsible authority when official information is incorrect.
Intellectual Property
You must own or have permission to process, reproduce, convert, sign, sell, or distribute uploaded content. TenderPDF does not grant rights in third-party documents, brands, templates, images, fonts, or other protected material.
No Tender Outcome Guarantee
TenderPDF helps prepare documents but does not guarantee tender awards, legal compliance, or acceptance by any third-party portal.
Service Changes
Features, plans, prices, and limits may change over time as the product improves. We aim to communicate important changes clearly.
