Privacy Policy
This policy explains how TenderPDF handles account information, uploaded files, payment data, and file history.
Information We Collect
TenderPDF may collect your name, email address, account plan, payment status, and file processing history so we can provide the service and keep your account working.
Uploaded Files
Uploaded files are used only to complete the document action you selected. Temporary input files and anonymous output files are scheduled for automatic deletion within two hours. Many input files are deleted earlier as soon as processing finishes. We do not sell uploaded documents or use their contents for advertising.
Payments
Payments are processed by Paystack secure hosted checkout. TenderPDF does not store card numbers or sensitive payment credentials.
File History
When a logged-in user chooses a workflow that saves an output to File History, that output and its metadata remain available until the user deletes the history item. Deleting a history item now removes both its database record and its saved output file.
Security
TenderPDF uses HTTPS in transit, hashed passwords, signed account tokens, non-guessable temporary filenames, upload size limits, bounded processing time, access controls for account history, and operational error monitoring. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Service Providers and Analytics
TenderPDF uses Vercel for the website, Railway for backend processing, Paystack for hosted payments, Resend for service email, and selected analytics or advertising services from Google, Microsoft Clarity, Meta, and LinkedIn. These providers may process technical, transaction, delivery, or usage data needed to provide their services under their own privacy terms.
POPIA and GDPR Requests
You may ask to access, correct, export, object to, or delete personal information associated with your account, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
